Supervision

Supervision offers a process oriented reflection of (professional) behaviour and reaction pattern in a group of colleagues or in a team. A person / the group assigns the case and the situation will be reflected in the group.

Supervision is a space for the supervisees to explore their practice, to build theory, attend to feelings and values and to examine how they may act.
The supervision can have aspects of administration (normative), education (formative) and support (restorative).
